At EKO Active, we want you to love your pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Change of Mind
We offer refund, exchange or store credit for eligible returns lodged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• returned with original tags attached
• free from marks, scent or damage
Original shipping costs are non refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@ekoactive.com.au with photos and your order number.
Faulty items are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Final Sale
Gift cards, clearance items and marked final sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Sustainability
As a small brand, we encourage mindful purchasing and checking sizing guides carefully before ordering to help reduce unnecessary waste and returns.
