Refund policy

At EKO ACTIVE, we want you to truly love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All tags must remain attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are processed once approved and inspected

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ekoactive.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos where possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
